If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return full price items to LAURA IMAMI within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with all labels and protective stickers attached. If there is any sign that the product has been worn, altered, or marked, we reserve the right to reject the return.
Please note that all returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by Laura Imami. We recommend that you select a trusted and traceable delivery service, retaining proof of postage.

Due to the recent export regulation changes following Brexit, shipments from the UK are currently subject to some delays out of our control. We are working quickly to prepare orders for despatch, and we hope delivery of shipments will resume normal service as soon as possible. Therefore whilst we have confirmed your order, we won’t deduct payment until we are ready to ship. Laura Imami offers FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
Please be aware that you will be liable to pay any import duty that is levied against your order upon receiving the goods to your shipping destination. The duty and/or import tax is charged to you by the government of your shipping destination. The price you will pay at checkout is not inclusive of any tax/import duty.
